Don’t take a vacation away from God!
The summer months afford many of us the opportunity to take a few weeks off in which to get away from the hustle and bustle of our normally busy schedules.
While you are enjoying the summer sun and activity, don’t forget the Lord! Plan to attend Mass when on vacation. It can help one to keep one’s patience and sanity, when vacation plans don’t seem to be going the way we’ve planned. It is also very interesting to see other churches and their services.
If while on vacation you cannot contribute regularly, why not try online giving for the time you are away? Your help will still be needed to meet current expenses.
